Uh, whoops... my mistake Nole. I don't think Soviet is handling any FA these days.
The person you need to talk to is Tavi. To speak to Tavi, you'll need to schedule a meeting through his assistant, ibujke.
Unfortunately, only our IA department is authorized to give ibujke's contact information. But if you make a post on our public forum BlackSeifer should give you iBujke's contact information during his next office hours... which I believe are next Friday.
Once you have that contact information you should be able to talk to ibujke during his office hours... which are on Sundays. Of course, next Sunday is the Canadian Thanksgiving so he won't be in. So his next available office hours will be Sunday the 17th.
At that point, he'll arrange a time for you to speak to Tavi based upon his availability.
