If I heard correctly, and this was only in passing so I could have heard wrong or it could be completely untrue, but it sounded like the women confessed that it was consensual and they just wanted to force him to get tested for STDs. If he is *completely* exonerated I don't feel like that would stop him from winning if the committee felt he is deserving.
