Ok, most of you on here are certified nerds who take pride in your Earth history knowledge. Rack your brains and tell me what happened in the Mar/May 2009 reset.

We have no record of it in SOL, only that we killed a few RAGE and ImagNum countries.

BACKGROUND: The reset prior, we have this information:

The set before this set NA FSed SOL/ZT and we suffered a big defeat they steamrolled us. NA FSed us because we called them out publically for their rampant cheating.
(Funny thing about this was they publically denied it untill the set after Reset 57 they got massivly deleted (about 25 deletions)).

We planned revenge during this set. And plotted it well. We had Tyr Techer and Tyr indy strategies setup to FS really early (day 12-13 if I remember correct). We needed extra numbers country wise to make this an even war though. NA at that point was 100 somewhat countries whilest SOL was only 70ish. So we invited ZT too our party whom glady wanted to help us out.


I personally wanted NA to take the iniative so we could call in ZT. So I purposely leaked our FS date too. In respsonse NA planned a chat 2 hours before our own hoping to score some easy kills. Info got to me quick enough and I anounced our warroom to be moved back 2 hours. Most SOLers attended.

NA scored a pityfull 5 kills in their First Strike. They had no stocks, low spies, hardly any missiles and no techs. Basically only land and some military. Our countries had military, decent stock, missiles and tech, just low land. These two factors together made their FS really slow and made it very easy for us to wall.

2 Hours later we launched the Counterstrike and called in ZT to even the numbers. It took us about a week or two before we had NA nailed down too nothing but tiny restarts and a handfull of original countries too crippled to do much. It was a perfectly planned set. Or so we thought we didn't forsee what would happen next.

By accident a SOLer launched 6 - 10 chems on an IX country. IX who had been looking for an excuse to FS someone took this very offensivly. If I remember correctly at that time Xerglacia was president of IX. Xerg came to me telling we would either let them kill the country or he would FS us. I simply refused to let them kill a country over a few mifluffs and offered to pay reps. IX declined.

IX needed a reason to war and we just gave it too them, well crap their went my perfectly planned set! Haha.

We had only one option left; go in take down as many as you can, then wait for the slaughter. We FSed IX 2 - 3 days later with full turns but pathetic countries compared to theirs whom had been prepping with no interference for 25 days straight.

For a week or so we could compete with IX after that IX took the upperhand and killed what was left of SOLs breaker line. We lost and Cease-fired just before the end of week 6 of the set.

Ahh, yes. That's the reset where EVO and LaF were aiming for the ANW crown, and it kinda got out of hand.

I think that was the reset that IX and WoG were FAing my dict farmer restart close to 2bill cash per day and I walled 800 hits while breaking SoL countries.

I could be wrong, but that set was fun as fluff. When I finally died, I sent a message to all my allies to FA me hoping I could get a few hundred mill to keep walling with, but none did. Apparently they FAed me close to 1bill AFTER I had died, lol

I was like a 7mill nw 3k acre dict farmer. Would t of been able to run turns without the FA, much less break.

I have my wires crossed completely and am trying to recolect.

I remember 2 NA vs SoL wars. During the first war NA FSed SoL and steamrolled them, which was a huge shock (couldnt remember that ZT was involved.)

During the second war NA pre-emptively FSed and ZT was called in. NA was a long way behind in nw, but was being kept in it by constant IX FA. This is where my memory goes blurry...


I remember IX entering the war to kill ZT, but not hitting SoL. IX and WoG had no pacts at this time and we knew that if we entered the war, it would turn into another server war. WoG and Rage shared a tag at this time and I remember that we mass FAed NA, making them able to tagkill SoL near the end of the set (after 40 of us defeated MD). We decided to mass FA, because we foundout that Makinso was in the enemies warchat (but I thought that was TIE/LCN war-but that war was Dec-Jan and I thought the first war was a steam roll. However, I remember when sanjavn quit, because we refused to help out NA during the second war and some leaders grabbed ZT a few mins before IX FSed them.

Therefore I conclude:

Dec - Jan reset: NA vs SoL(ZT) - NA first strikes and has a massive kill advantage, but are struggling to compete in the nw department, while IX FAs NA and FSs ZT?

WoG/Rage has epic war with TIE/LCN after CDing TIEs countries out of the top 10 1 minute before the set ended the prior set.

WoG finds out Makinso ran a chat in #tiewar or something and mass FA's NA after deeating TIE, so they can achieve a victory in all departments (hence it wasn't as much a steamroll as described in your history.

Feb-March reset: NA prempts SoL, SoL calls ZT in. SoL has massive advantage in war but NA keep restarting and fighting, though their peformance isn nowhere as near good. Ix FS ZT? and a 10 member alliance hits SoL? IX must have FSed as you explained, because NA won that war too. Maybe they CFed and let NA continue killing. Sanjanv rage quit us and joined IX, because we didnt want to help NA and we grabbed zt a few mins before the IX FS. 40 WoG/Ragers had a war vs 60 MDers and won, the rest netted in the Rage tag and WoG left Earth to go to AE at the end of that set.

March-May: I founded LOLcats a 10 member alliance made mainly of ex-Rival to try and get through a set refusing to accept land:land and not pact anyone. In the thread posted was a summary of the wars. SoL fought a ridiculously easy war against a weak Rage and SoF beat IX. TIE got pissy at my LOLcats alliance and FSed us. We gotwiped off the game, but managed to grab 100k land off them before we died ;) I left Earth and focused on AE after that set. NA and SoL uNaped and NA farmed ZT off the server (they merged into SoL prob)

Yep, that was during the Nov 11, 2008-Jan 12, 2009 reset, according to our records.
