I am swamped at work (partially due to spending way too much time on this game there) thus I am unable to do things with my usual expediency. I do tentatively have a second admin lined up though to ensure things run smoothly.

Probably because neither of you ever insite messaged me. That being said, The Ely/ICN contingent is well represented. I am not sure about Galandy since I don't know who you are and you claim not to represent an alliance.

Not really. Especially not now that I know about someone else moving to SoF. When handling applications I give preference to alliance leaders, however once people are accepted I leave it up to the alliance to determine who they want their panelists to be.

None is an option I said you don't represent one AND I don't know who you are. As far as I am concerned you have to be a well known personality (of the Jer Bu and bad_carpet ilk) if you want to vote and aren't in an alliance.
