I shouldn't even been eyeing this low quality bait, but I'm going to bite. MD holds 3/5 top civs killed. It doesn't mean those countries have been the leading breakers but it's an indicator. If we look at just the MD/SoF side, 5 of the top 10 are MD. Of SoF's top 5, 2 are from SOL - Dragon and Mdevol. Of the first 20 hits performed on LaF's top 5 NW countries on the set, 58% were done by MDers. Who exactly are you accusing of getting outside assistance? SoF and MD appear to be splitting the breaking work fairly evenly.

Even if SoF is getting outside assistance, what is it being used for? It certainly isn't keeping their countries running significantly longer than they should be. The 3 alliance side isn't even out hitting the 2 alliance side. Despite having ~25% more members, the 3 alliance side is putting out 5% less hits. The 2 alliance side is logging 312 HPK to the 3 alliance side's 340 HPK. The two alliance side has been more efficient in converting its turns into attacks and it's attacks into kills, efficient enough to over come its turn disadvantage by a significant margin.

The 2 alliance side has also used 3 times as many SS and 16 times as many PS and has gained almost 800% more land from it's enemies than it's enemies have gained from it. With those acres comes cash, bushels and tech. If you are wondering where the 2 alliance side is getting a potential boost from, look at your own countries. That extra cash might be yours.

To gain some additional insight on the HPK stat, I tallied up GS, BR, and CMs for each side. Nukes, Cruises, ABs and grabs ends up skewing the numbers a bit and doesn't give a clear picture of how effective each side is in its war waves.

MD/SoF modified HPK: 262
Elders/iMagNum/ LaF modified HPK: 295

If I remove the CMs except for those used in dedicated CM kills, in an effort remove the effect of readiness chems, the numbers are much closer. MD/SoF takes 237 hits per kill. Elders/iMag/LaF takes 247 hits per kill.

What the hell hit me this morning? I so eager to wall, I ended up defending so hard that your hits bounced to another country. Honestly, just FA me, self delete, and donate your computer.

Echoing the previous feelings, I credited the walling and war effort to nothing but clean and attentive play. It wasn't until someone showed up in a password protected channel to talk trash and make claims.

This fluff again? Whether it's L:L retals, land trading, or EWPP, the reaction is the same - fluff and complain. Sit there and expect someone else to do something about it. Reminisce about "the good ol' days". I may be recalling incorrectly but in "the good ol' days" people didn't just fluff and complain and wait for someone else to do something. They fought and killed. Take a page out of your own book - build up an alliance and fight for change.



Really? Land trading is what killed the game the most? It had nothing to do with a severely outdated game or a toxic political environment that resulted in grudge wars or the practice of farming the fluff out of new alliances? If Land trading killed the game, why didn't anyone actively fight it? SoF made some hokey policy a couple years ago meant to punish land trading but no one enforced it.

It astounds me that people will complain about the lack of punishment kill runs, wars, and lack of competition but refuse to compete for change.
