You're his ally? As of 12 hours ago, you weren't. I'm not gonna lose my 18 hour bonus just to verify whether or not you've allied up since then.

edit: that's assuming you have just one country in primary. I really need to stop assuming so many things.

Ya,I said I was allied to December,we was going to ally up,someone beat him to the slot,and all this time for some reason I thought I was allied :/ I talk to him via forums PM,he is allied to me in Xpress,and that's probably why I confused it all,the part that has be thinking is when Rockman said I wasn't allied to him as of 12hrs ago,gives me the impression that Rockman spies on me frequently,that all.

I'm still not convinced that you're playing only one country in primary. I think that is a much more likely explanation than that you "forgot" who you were allied to. But maybe I'm just overestimating your intelligence & memory. Afterall, you can't even figure out how I know that you two werent allied without having spied on you.

Rockman probably spied on December's allies to see if he was leeching, etc. and saw you weren't on the list.

THat's only if you already have GDI, it makes it free. It doesn't let you join GDI if you've made an attack
