If you're going to arrange a war, stocks war is kinda the way to go. The reason why warmongers hate early war is as much about the time you have to put in than anything else. It's likely more intriguing to an active person to see a war develop over time but to dogs with non-tech jobs like myself, I realistically have women mad at me and miss out on gigs during war time every set. I legit can't do it all set.

That said, this set has been uncommonly boring. The war is going to be fun but the increase of bots has taken a big toll on the market. Techers will have outstocked indies by a 4/1 ratio. Its hard for me to imagine a fasc competing with a techer in this market. Finishes will be predictable based on land and govt. And there's no suiciders causing trouble to wake the boards up. Goldark was about the only bit of entertainment this set.

early set wars are boring to winner and loser after other side has been destroyded and winner won't compete in tnw or anw either. late war keeps players occupied longer.

Interesting thought pang. Wars on most servers (this being the big exception) are hardly grudges. We've been coexisting as clans and players for a long long time. The peace on ffa isn't wanted by all players but it makes sense not to create a fluff storm. It would be interesting to give the game a war mechanic but I'm certainly hoping it doesn't come at the cost of PvP hitting and even suiciding. Those things are the checks and balances that keep people from acting like fools and running off new players, etc.

Lemme know if you need any wardogs for suggestions or input.
