I figured it was different, I just couldn't find the numbers listed anywhere.

And I was obviously too lazy to go through all the change sets again . :P

min dr is 6 hours on a 90% break/DH, max is 12 hours at 135% oversend.

no that's the half life for express it takes same rules as other servers but it's less time.

that's what the min 6 and max 12 is, based on the amount of units sent 90-135% is 6-12 hours.

simple enough even on express just look at someone's news if attacks is greater then defends in 24 hours gains will be good, unless they have had dozens upon dozens of defends in last 72 hours then gains will be mediocre but not too bad.
