He grabbed you while you were untagged.....you should have retalled him while still untagged and before you tagged up SoF and all of this drama would have been avoided.

No on is arguing that a person with no tanks should not be careful when farming untags. The problem is you taged up SOF and then ABed him which you can't do.!!

personally I don't think tagging up and ab'ing is a problem as a response to a 10 tap - as long as there isn't aid given from the tagged alliance in any way shape or form.
i view that the same as making a poor grab early on and getting owned after someone tags up. it's only illegitimate if that person gets aid or offense from allies after tagging up, then makes the grab.

in this event, the tag should be irrelevant and relations should be irrelevant too. a country 10 tapped an obvious war restart. personally if i were sof i'd run a KR on it :p

-it really boils down to this. when the untagged war restart was 10 tapped, he needed to do two things:
address the 10 tap and immediately tag up.
obviously he doesn't want more hits coming in from other people who can't identify it as an obvious war restart, so he tags. then he addresses the 10 tap, safely tagged, and ABs. that should be pretty standard procedure imo.

and for what it's worth, hsfireta is the man. but he still deserved flattening :)

and above all... i definitely wouldn't be reprimanding my member on AT who got 10 tapped :)

Vic has a point though. But that's how SoF runs. If CM had just contacted a head before he takes any action, this could have been avoided.

yep agreed, easily avoided by doing one of 2 things.

address 10 tap prior to tagging up.
tag up and contact clan head prior to addressing 10 tap

oh hell no ... that's why a lot of us keep coming here!! :P
