tech prices has been suc king every set.

Yeah- that's because everyone argued against me saying it was better for bots to buy units over tech. So Qzjul adjusted the bots so that they focus more on buying units rather than tech.

end result - bots still get farmed into perma DR as I said they would, they rarely buy tech, unit prices average at 150+ a set making commie easily the strongest strategy.

oh no wonder, I dont see anyone buying tech now. And I just give up and stop playing on the 2nd day.

@nerrus: Fewer people are playing techer so it should start to balance itself out some. This change occurred about a month ago.

If anyone remembers, the bots used to have 200k tech in bus / res. Now they have mostly 0.

(I've xverted to techer this set). No more farmer for me. There's simply not enough turns for it to be a competitive strategy on EXPRESS. Someone has to manipulate the market to make it even practical.

In the future, I'll play either casher or techer.

over the past 2 years.. CI has always been the dominant strategy. I believe 90 percent t of the set winners are CI, shouldn't something be done to balance this up?

Eh, I wasn't going to play this round, but maybe I'll give some love to the techers.

i stopped teching because the prices sucked. 3 sets in a row i started teching, nothing sold so i converted to casher. inifficient, yet i managed to win once and place top 10 at least one other time. the both changes were too extreme. personally, bots are here to be farmed, who are we kidding if we say they are not. they make up about 10-15 % of the player base on express. can you imagine how sad the market and countries would be without them, it would be 15 million to 20 million, all explorers winning each round.

Last set I didn't play techer, prices we right around 2600 and up mostly. The 2 sets before that I played techer in a fluffty market and now it happens again... I get undercut EVERYTIME.

I think they should raise the floor prices of Tech to $2500 and set the ceiling prices of tech to $3500.

I just cashed 360 turns instead of barching. Luckily I had a cash shortage about 200 turns in.

Edbert the fluff is putting all bots in DR hitting them all 5 times each so annoying what a hog. Plus he playing like a little fluff. Not in GDI i may just nuke him to next tuesday lol.

It does seem like the bot defense gets stronger more quickly. Seems one needs several hundred thousand jets to break by Wednesday where it used to be by late Thursday or Friday. I could be wrong; that's just my perception. I first noticed this when I played delayed a few weeks ago and was looking for easy land by Wednesday night. I couldn't afford to hit a bot at that time lol.
