I can not let this simply, go. I think you should ask Sof to divide in States - like the US.
You`ll be the lieutenant governor of your state which will have a separate constitution than Kc`s state. All the constitutions shall be written by the supreme commander.
Your state should be - The state of sheep; his: The state of cheat.

You would also need some sort of Tennessee state for members like Task1 or Mrford. Their constitution should contain only draws and a lot of pictures.

Galleri should be responsible with the aplaying the law in the states. Medic should be responsible with the healthcare system ( however you would also need other types of healthcare in Tennessee). Martian would be the occasional fluffer.

On international level Laf should be your China(with a large amount of debt in their favor), and RD should be your Japan ( after being hit by tsunami Pang and earthquake Qzjul)

Just for the record, the US only has ONE constitution...

The United States as a central government does only have one. However, each state within the union has it's own constitution. Furthermore, the state constitutions are much longer than the Federal one as they include a much wider spectrum of topics. topics that pertain to the state that they feel the federal constitution left out or was regionally important.
