i know this is something that probably doesn't happen much but how is this possible:

i know that the explanation would be he had all his troops tanks jets PS'd but what about turrets also i know he didn't PS all of them :P

Damage done by missiles is dependent on the attacker's military amounts. The attacker probably had 0 turrets and thus destroyed 0 turrets on the target.

You do maximal EM damage if you have at least 1/3 of the target's units. Something like that. I don't know the exact numbers or specifics.

Also, that missile in question is displayed as a Defense Held on Boxcar.

Could be a Boxcar bug, since the other 2 sites didn't display it as a DH.

that is why i also checked on EStats also yes the guys that missiled had 0 of everything
