I BET IF DRUG TEST WERE ISSUED IN THIS GAME, 75% OF ALL PEOPLE WOULD FAIL THE TEST (TEST POSITIVE FOR DRUGS). PERIOD SO, ONE CLAN BEING ON DRUGS DOESN"T REALLY SURPRISE ME.
