I had no off or tech leech the set I won on express.
I have no off/tech leech on primary, unless you consider my 3 tech-start buddies as tech leeching which were dropped immediately after they were done with tech start(I also did a 120 turns tech start)

Okay, here's what I saw on Primary though if you want to know. Repeated instances of networth jumping by too little to be you taking a turn. Could it be tech SOs? Maybe, except why in all these instances do multiple jumps come within short time periods, as if some techer is logged on and playing?

I certainly could be wrong about Primary, I assumed pretty quickly it was leeching because I saw your tech leech when I personally spied you and attacked you in Express. When I named the specific country you were leeching from, you must know I saw it right?

I have the same allies every set in express FYI. you could have spy me any set and I would have them as allies.

And the 2 of them doesnt change their country name. It MAY be a different round but who knows, you may be right afterall. Because when me and my allies do tech starts, we do tech allies, and maybe since he was a full techer, he forget/didnt drop me as tech ally when I was done with tech start.
