a) You want to call it a topfeed? Come to the FA talks stating it was a topfeed not "hay i want a land donor because your dude died"

No one agreed that they would take _Authorized_ retaliations (ie land donor) on mine, or any other iMag country. #366 felt he should take it upon himself to come and grab me instead of using FA channels.


It wasn't a RoR at the time I took it. There were no agreements he should take land from my country or any other iMagger as stated before. These are LGs. I retaliated as so (look at the 2 minute response time).


No, #366 Farms some more, notice the 15 second window between mine and his hits? He was already at the attack screen ready for more.


By all means he should've been dead right then and there, but why waste the land he gained off me? The way I see it, we showed him he is not in control of the situation.


HE ruined HIS set. He could've went and farmed Fist for all I cared and they wouldn't have fought back. But no, he wanted to challenge us to a duel, which ultimatley led him to lose control of himself, thus he killed his country.


You're entitled to your opinion of SOL, but I do suggest you look up some facts and figures before you start making a fool of yourself.

366 was my country. i have left lcn, so these are my words, and mine alone.

1. imag was at war with the fist; lcn placed imag on dnh.

2. despite the war, and the dnh, 487 hit me. i didn't consider it a topfeed, but i did consider it inappropriate, given (a) the war, (b) the dnh, and (c) the fact that 487 was in 350-hit diminishing returns -- and never got out of massive diminishing returns until he was killed.

3. lcn's fa contacted soviet, asking who i should hit to get my land back. soviet told lcn that i should hit other lcn countries to get my land back, and that imag would not authorize any retals on any imag country. so, lcn did go through fa channels, and received a very clear response from imag.

4. i was instructed to get my land back from imag, rather than hitting other lcn countries.

5. i hit soviet's country, taking some, but not all, of my land back. with soviet's retal on retal, i still needed to take at least two more hits to get my land back, even before the additional dozen retals on retals.

6. lcn instructed me not to take any more hits on imag.

7. i left lcn, and detagged.

8. lcn contacted me and asked me not to hit imag, even as an untagged.

9. i did as lcn requested, despite having 68 missiles, 120(60) turns, 10 million jets, plenty of cash, and being online during your kill run.

in essence, no one suicided on anyone. imag hit lcn. imag offered no option to lcn other than having me hit other lcn countries to get my land back, which lcn did not consider to be an option.

lcn was going to take land:land, as it's done for 10 years. lcn subsequently backed down and instructed me to take less than land:land. lcn asked me not to hit imag, and i obliged.

And I'm sorry if LCN and you apparently are too stupid to see the benefits of land trading. It's a solid system. Especially in LCNs case since hey, they're all low defense. All they'd need is 1m jets and a PS to get 1-2k FREE ghost acres.

Can't you count? If it takes that many hits to get the acres back, then it takes that many hits. Its your fault that your player hit another tag, not the other tag's. You should never have retalled the L:L hits that Scratchy did. That's where you screwed up. Plus, LCN was under no obligation to ask you what country you wanted the acres taken from. They could have just taken them where they saw fit. Your response to LCN was ridiculous at best.
