Sounds like Texas is a nub (which we know), but you didn't want to use 1:1 retals and tried to use land:land, even though you bounced the first retal.

I don't think you understand how retal policies work. First of all, they are for hits by the same country or on the same country, not for hits from one tag to another tag - so 2 hits from 2 different countries from one tag on 2 different countries from another tag would not get 2:3 retals. Second of all, they are a 24 hour time limit, 2 hits more than 24 hours apart wouldn't get 2:3 retals. Lastly, the 3 refers to the total number of hits done as retaliation, you don't get to do 3 retals on the 2nd hit in addition to retalling the first hit, you only get 3 retals total.
