now #emo is a different story. They put a !addban on me about 3 years ago and it has never been removed.

Every time I try to join it reinforces the ban, and kicks me with the message "fluff you fluff"

most of the best earthempires related irc channels are closed to the public. Your best bet is #earthempires on irc.earthempires.com, #sof on irc.gamesurge.net, or #sol on irc.scourge.se

It might seem like I am promoting SOF and SOLs public channels but really I am just pointing out the size of them which someoen above aptly pointed out generally lack conversation. Try to move #sanct to the earthempires server... it would help increase the people and conversation in #earthempires by having more people on the server.
