a mistake / wrong country number??

Everyday for a week or so, somebody is running spy ops vs 2 or 3 of my countries, draining about 1/3rd of my population away. :/

It is true, if I ever ran a 0% spy country, my stuff would all just be dead on a random day.

don't know, but I just ignored it. Not really causing harm, just a nuisance. ;)

as Prime suggested I did this... "Custom/Manage/Change Industrial Production/100"

My population has been decreasing randomly as well and I'm not sure why. I'm not demo'ing anything, not being attacked, no harmful spy ops, no earthquakes or any bad luck things happening. I'll LG someone and my population will grow, then when I put buildings on the land i just acquired, they run away. Never seen this happen before.
