Do the math, x amount of tech will cost y and profit z through the end of stocking. These numbers will always be different. But generally the lower the tech prices the higher the optimal tech %

Hell yes chess, doing the math apparently I average more than 30 minutes a day playing chess in the last year. Makes me really think about how bad I still am.
Make some new thing, let's call it "Trump's Wall." When you put up the walls, your break goes up 1000% but you can't make any attacks. You can't join if you've made any attacks in 48 hours. Destroying the wall costs $X/acre. Or something.
What pang is saying is that troops have 1 offensive plus 1 defensive unit, total 2. Jets and turrets each have the same, 2 for offense and 2 for defense, which presumably mean tanks have 8.

They can hit you as many times as they want with PS/SS, just like you can do that to anybody else in GDI. If you only hit a country once, they can still only hit you with SS/PS. It's the second hit that breaks GDI and lets them do any special attacks.
