As part of trump's ridiculously named Operation Warp Speed, moderna itself was granted $1B for development of the vaccine, with another $1.5B committed to buying the first 100M doses. It might actually end up free.

They already will have an uphill battle getting a significant portion of the population to take it. If it's not free it will be an even harder battle.

Free in this context is only relative to the individual society will pay for it one way or another.

Moderna $115 & still climbing.

I made some quick coin on MRNA back at the start of the year.. bought in at 22 and sold at 60. Obviously in retrospect... it would have been nice to have grabbed way more than the 20 or so i had and then hold onto it but i made a decent profit so I am satisfied... I don't kick myself over lost potential profit anymore.

$155 today. Hope you got out when it was $180ish, but either way nice comeup!
