I know this should be somewhere else. But sometimes this is the engaging area.
KoH sent me seeds and they were:
Ghost Reaper, Habanero Limon, Cubenelle+Scotch Bonnet, and Aji Limon.

Yeah, a lot of people have problems with growing jalapeños because they often save seeds from the ones they consumed, unknown fact is that jalapeños just like every other pepper needs to fully mature in order to have fertile seeds, a ripe jalapeño is red in color, the jalapeño seeds you get for growing them are from mature jalapeños that are specifically grown for seeds.

Hmmm, that's odd, give them few more weeks, peppers are delicate and some varieties have taken 6-7 weeks to sprout, especially the super hot varieties.

I roasted them a little while ago outside in the grill, going to make chili powder with them, they smelled great as they were being roasted 👍

Yeah I actually do have tabasco pepper seeds and grew a plant last summer to see what they're like, very tasty peppers, I'm actually disappointed with Tabasco company, they use so much vinegar that they kill the great tabasco pepper flavor, in my opinion they could accomplish a much better product 🤷

Yeah I don't like vinegar so when I make my hot sauce I make sure I can't taste it, I use it as the natural preservative since I don't use any artificial ingredients and yes I agree that fluff isn't cheap lol.

No I haven't, I'm turned off by their overwhelming use of vinegar, the one I enjoy on potatoes is the green tabasco, I haven't tried chipotle yet.

Have any of you ever tried Bahamian Goat Pepper? Man they're so good, they have a rich smokiness to their flavor, I want to make a hot sauce from those but unfortunately I'm not having luck growing them, I can't for some reason get the plants to grow bigger than a cauliflower,I don't know if it's the seeds or they don't like hydroponics method, I'm going to try in a 5 gallon home depot bucket using soil and see if I have better luck....
