What I am saying, even with the amount of tech that link tells me I need, I am not getting 36 sale price in PM - Nothing ever above 36. 35 is maximum I get. Am I missing something?

Also your food sale price is already 36 if you got 600k tech on 10k acres.
OK, so its 600K tech for 10K acres - I was getting a sale price of 36 when entering anything above 450K tech with that link. And yes I am aware it doesn't go past one decimal point.
I've seem to go under 81.7 % mil tech with demo, even when reaching 600K mil tech with under 10K acres. I think something has changed unless I am missing something - Theo techer, not even close so don't even want to talk about that.
