A few of you quickly noticed that the Alpha Cooperation server is available. Feel free to test things out and let me know if anything seems off. Currently everything is implemented except for dictatorships getting extra daily ops, the PS changes, and the standing order changes.

It would be helpful if some of your countries joined the nopass tag.
