Yeah, he should be fired, but the real problem is their general manager/ owner. Jerry fired Jimmy Johnson out of spite, and he’s been screwed ever since.

I think Jerry Jones and company should notify the NFL that they're cutting ties with them and they should move the Dallas Cowboys to the new UFL.
